Meet Alison

An interior designer with over twenty years of experience, Alison believes that a home should celebrate who you are and what you love. At her eponymous design firm, established in 2000, Alison has created classic, sophisticated residential spaces throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. A proponent of collaboration, Alison takes a hands-on approach, and works closely with each client to craft one-of-a-kind interiors that are a true reflection of their unique inhabitants. Detail-oriented and focused, Alison is renowned for her ability to hone in on each client’s specific tastes and decorating needs, layering pattern, color, and furnishings to transform a house into a home.

Work experience

Alison started her own design firm in 2000.

Prior to establishing a firm of her own, Alison served as a Senior Designer at Tedrick & Bennett, working directly with acclaimed designer Michael Tedrick.

Alison's approach to good design always starts with client collaboration. She begins with what you have, edits if needed, and then creates a design template from there. By using furniture, fabric, rugs and accessories along with paint and wallpaper, Alison works her magic and transforms a house into a home.
